The episode starts out with Detective Poovey. She gives you these two items: a machine and a "blank" piece of paper.
Scan these images to get the lighter, shirt and Guinea Pigly.
Use the lighter on the paper to reveal a message. Move the lighter around with your finger to make it work.
Go to the shirt and tap the card in the pocket. Then, go to the card and drag it to the left to see the back of it. Double tap the back of the card to go to the tailor.
Tap on the door to go inside.
Use the lighter to see around. Go to your left until you see something sparkling. This is a needle and thread; pick it up.
Go upwards until you see a cage and tap it. You now have this guinea pig in your inventory.

Go to the dead guinea pig and place the device Detective Poovey gave you inside it. Then, drag the needle and thread to it to sew it up.
Drag the needle and thread to each small X that appears as you go. Drag it in cross stitch pattern.
Drag the dead guinea pig to the cage. The live guinea pig will be taken out and added to your inventory.
Go back to detective Poovey and the case will be closed.
