Go to the Bel-Air and grab the suit out of the trash can and grab the coupon that is in the pocket.
Go to the department store and give the guy the coupon. He will go in the back. While he is gone, grab the suit on the rack.
Go back to the Bel-Air and enter through the back door. Take the customer's knife and bowl.
Cut up the fish with the knife.
Add the boiling water and the cut up fish to the bowl.
Give the bowl back to the guy at the Bel-Air and give him the bill. The case is now closed.
